- Be prepared for change ( business model ) for profitability as market trends may shift abruptly.
- Document your appointments and deals for future reference.
- Breaking the Title Chains, Landlocked Land, Scribers Errors, Orphan Estates, Fractured Ownerships, Judgment, and Liens are some of the title problems that one may encounter on deals.
- Provide insights, instructions, and encourage them to try to solve their title problems by themselves first for them to realize the value of your offer.
- Dirty deeds are for those people who itch on solving the web of title issues. It’s long and challenging, but the payoff is worth it.
